All payments can be made by personal check, money order, wire or credit card.
Before making a payment be sure to familiarize yourself with our booking and refund policies.
- Send checks and money orders payable to Equitours by mail to: P.O. Box 807, 10 Stalnaker Street, Dubois, Wyoming 82513
- Send a wire transfer to our local bank, please ask us for account details.
- Pay via Wise into the Equitour Ltd Wise account.
- Pay by ACH (E-check) or credit card using the booking link sent to you by your ride consultant. You will be required to select the pricing plan that your ride consultant will have confirmed with you (sharing, single, etc). Please note that payments made with a credit card will incur a 3% processing fee. These payments are processed by Stripe. If you manually enter banking details to pay by ACH, please be prepared to verify your account with Stripe.
Regardless of payment method, you will receive a confirmation email upon receipt of deposit confirming the total prices and upcoming payment schedule, and another with full trip details including outfitter contact information, packing list, etc.
Security Policy:
If paying by credit card, your payment and personal information is always safe. Our payment system’s Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.
