I was very happy with the tour staff. It was clear from the beginning that they wanted us all to enjoy a safe and fun experience. I think they did an amazing job of matching each rider with a horse that was suitable for them, a demonstration of his care, knowledge and experience. He was very aware of when a particular rider needed assistance and readily provided it. Equitours was so helpful and understanding during the booking process and prompt with responses.
